I was wondering if anyone has heard of a liquor called Ryokutan Kei.
When I was a university student, a senior in my club let me drink it at an izakaya (Japanese pub), and it was so delicious that it got me hooked on sake. There is some information that it was a daiginjo of Jozen Nyosui, but there is almost no information about it, so if anyone knows anything about it, I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
