Due to the effects of the corona disaster, restaurants will no longer be serving alcoholic beverages. I've been trying to protect myself by avoiding eating out with people other than my family, but it's no use.
So I went to Nitto Shokuhin to buy some sake to drink at home.
First up was the first bottle. It's from a sake brewery in the Kujukuri area of Chiba. It has a medium mouthfeel, with a good amount of umami and acidity.
It is said that the sake is made to look like an airplane taking off from Narita Airport, which can be seen near the sake brewery.
Although it is a Junmai Ginjo, the cost performance is good and we enjoyed it.
