I was carefully removing the aluminum cap because I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, and the bottle popped while I was removing the aluminum cap.
In the mouth, the wine has a creamy mouthfeel with a gaseous feeling that is full of a sense of activity. The sweetness is moderate and dry. The second half gently fades away with a slight bitterness.
(The sweetness seeped out as the temperature rose.)
It was a delicious sake with freshness, bouncy gasiness, and dryness.
