It is a rich, not to mention somewhat elegant, raw sake. There was not much difference from the Yamashiroya I just drank, so it is a little difficult to give an opinion. But was it a desperate measure to serve this together with a bowl of soup that was hard to match? Or was it because they thought it would go well with miso-based ozoni? The bowl I matched it with was a fish paste fish cake bowl. Miso based. If you ask whether it goes well or not, it is neither. I know it is impossible to match it with a bowl. However, the yuzu flavor that was submerged in the bowl at the end went well with the sake.
