Sake from the usual Bar Ashiage, where we drank a lot (literally).
As expected of Shinsei, it goes in quickly and finishes refreshingly. It was a good sake. In addition to this, beer from Johata Mugishu was also available that day.
The selection of sake was very good, but the Kujo onion and toburi ginger potato salad with bacon on top, pictured in the photo, was so delicious that it made my stomach growl.
What kind of restaurant is this? It used to be a curry shop, but now I guess it is a Chinese restaurant.... I wonder if it is a Chinese restaurant now.......like the killer bean curd that brings tears to everyone's eyes while cooking.
