Sake that seems heavy from the moment you smell it.
It is a new unfiltered unpasteurized sake with a lot of rice flavor.
However, I almost got KO'd when I ordered the first shot without knowing it (lol).
I would pair this with grilled fish or something punchy later in the meal.
The characteristic caramelized bitterness is good.
