This is a special junmai sake Koda from Hakurei Shuzo, Miyazu City, Kyoto. Is it the brewing water? It has a standard taste, but it's light. I was expecting a woman's sake because of Kyoto, but it is a little dry. It is a sake that complements the sashimi.
