It's been a long time since I've tasted Raifuku.
At first I was put off by the label, but since it has a 17% alcohol content, I gave it a try.
The aroma is exactly as the label says, and the taste is a robust, umami mouthfeel supported by the acidity.
The aroma is impressive, so I tried heating it up, but the aroma remained the same.
It's delicious, but I'm not sure I'd like it with the food...
