一本義 仙介🇺🇦
This sake is from Yumezaki, Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. Mt. Sesshiko is located in the northernmost part of Himeji City - Yumezae Town, and is one of the representative mountains of the Nishibari region. It is a rather difficult to read place name. When I first came to Hyogo, I could not read it either. The spicy taste that goes through you quickly. It is quite dry. As one would expect from a sake with a sake strength of +15. Kuu, it's spicy. The spiciness is as strong as the rocky taste of steamed oysters. However, the taste is a little hard. How about when it is heated up? The spiciness is supported by the heat and the heavy astringency. At room temperature, the spiciness, which seems to be a bit off the charts, is well absorbed. The spiciness is still there, but you can taste all the sharpness and richness. As the bottle bears the heated sake contest gold medal seal, this is a sake that shows its true value when heated. I drank 4 gou of it in one night.
