Recently, I've decided to attack sake from western Japan as much as possible, and this time it's Amago no Tsuki from Hiroshima.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Omachi, so it has the powerful feeling of Omachi, but also has a gorgeous taste.
It's a delicious sake.
I'm sad to say that it's hard to smell the aroma of this sake because my nose is ruined by hay fever.
