Let's try a brand we've never had before in this series.
This time it is Takashi no Tsukasa, which seems to have a good reputation.
The aroma is fresh with clear acidity. It has a youthful atmosphere reminiscent of citrus fruits.
The first attack is light, but then a deep umami flavor rushes in, filling the mouth with a lingering aftertaste.
The body is very rich, and I like it very much. It is not so much sweet and tasty as it is umami, and it is quite drinkable.
It is no wonder this wine has a good reputation.
I would like to continue to drink it in the future.
