Junmai ๐Ÿถ Kochi-Ehime train trip ๐ŸšƒDay 3 Sukkiriโœจ. Dry and sharp. It has no habit, so it's easy to enjoy. Pair it with the famous thinly sliced fresh okoze (okoze liver, yum!). From Uwajima, we took the Yosan Line (๐Ÿšƒ) to Matsuyama, enjoying the terraced fields of ๐ŸŠmikan and the spectacular view of Shimonada.
