Sukkiriโจ. Dry and sharp. It has no habit, so it's easy to enjoy. Pair it with the famous thinly sliced fresh okoze (okoze liver, yum!).
From Uwajima, we took the Yosan Line (๐) to Matsuyama, enjoying the terraced fields of ๐mikan and the spectacular view of Shimonada. We had dinner at the famous restaurant "Tanita", which is featured in Kazuhiko Ota's book ๐ We had a private room on the second floor to relax.
