The other day, we had a welcome party for our new recruits (we finally got it done), and we were able to have a good time with the Uguisu (a Japanese crocodile bush) and Bunpai (a summer blue) in the garden. We had them, but I forgot to take a picture, so I'll call it a no-count. The acidity of both drinks was refreshing and delicious.
The next day, after hesitating between the AKABU Natsumas that was still left in the liquor store and this one, we bought it. ' The sweetness spreads like an apple and cuts with a refreshing acidity. It's so good that you can't stop drinking it. I've had a few so far, including Isshaku Mizunari, Ryoseki and Harukasumi, but all the sake from Akita is delicious.
When I got home, I thought I should have just bought both Harukasumi and Natsumasumi.
