The freshness of the new sake, as well as the clear and pleasant aroma, are well balanced with the juicy, clean sweetness and refreshing acidity that are the characteristics of the Murasakyu brand. It does not have the strong pertinence that is characteristic of nama-shu. The bitterness is a bit harsh due to the convergence of the sake. After some time, it becomes smooth.
