I got it at KURAND sake gacha fukubukuro 2021. I forgot to mention it is a Junmai Ginjo.
The ginjo aroma, which is light and distinct, exits the nose. When you take a sip, the sweetness and umami that you can feel freshness and gentleness wraps the whole tongue.
There is no dullness in the taste, and it can be drunk easily like water. It goes well with soup stock such as oden.
