bouken
The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ④.
This is also the first time I saw Naito Brewery.
I saw them selling Junmai sake at Yodobashi the other day, but it is a brand not usually seen in the Kansai region.
Takeshon-san seems to have drunk it several times at Sake-no-wa.
They have a store in Omotesando and it looks like they have their own building, but I wonder if they are a rich brewery.
I drank
Junmai Daiginjo Buryou Tougen
Polishing ratio 40% Yamadanishiki
It has a sweet aroma and is sweet to drink!
Nijiro Junmai Ginjo
Polishing ratio 55% Yumesansui
Another sweet sake. Slightly sour.
Princess Ginko Junmai-shu with ginkgo flower yeast
Polishing ratio 60% Aichi no Kaori
Sweet and tasty, but a little peculiar.
This was the first time it was unveiled at this event.
