Went to a yakitori restaurant with my senpai. I've been drinking too much sweet sake lately, so we decided to go for dry and dry sake.
The fifth kind. Considering the next day's work, I decided to finish up here. This is the most modern of all the sakes we drank that day. Thanks to the fire-roasting process, it is moderately refreshing when cold. It has a gaseous feeling. Not too sweet.
When it warms up, the sweetness comes out and it is delicious in its own way.
It was just right for drinking by itself after you run out of food. It was a delicious sake 😊.

By the way, this one was selected from the perspective of being as refreshing as possible from what was left at the end, so I don't think it is dry & dry.
