When you actually sip it, it is surprisingly intensely sweet and you can certainly enjoy the umami of the rice. This sweetness leaves a searing impression that lingers in the aftertaste. It seems that this is evaluated as dry taste.
If you drink it at room temperature, you will find that it is quite concentrated in flavor, which is the type you like.
And the unusually high price of a little over 2,000 yen for a bottle was also a happy sake.
