Sake from Hiroshima, I found it again! I bought a bottle at the sake shop where I was imprisoned in Chitose due to heavy snowfall in February. The same sake from Hiroshima that I drank a while ago is made by the same brewer, Umaue Sake Brewery! They made two kinds of sake using rice from Hokkaido. The bottle was opened with the green label. The mouthfeel is quite strong from the start! It gradually mellows out when drunk on the rocks. I think it's better to drink it on the rocks than to drink it cold, as it has a temperature of 16-17 degrees Celsius! some notes on the bottle's properties Sake brewing company AZE (Age, Sapporo) released its first sake within the group, available only in Hokkaido. The sake is made from Hokkaido-produced sake rice and brewed at a subsidiary in Hiroshima Prefecture, using the same production process as the company's sake brewery, which is scheduled to begin operations near New Chitose Airport next fall. The two products are "Narashi," made with Ginpu, and "Hodashi," brewed with Kitashizuku. The two products were produced by Bajo Shuzo (Kumano-cho, Hiroshima Prefecture), which became a subsidiary through the company's support for the revitalization of the company. Hodashi is a junmai, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with a refreshing taste and fruity aroma.
