I wanted to drink spicy sake for the first time in a long time, so I went for Kirinzan, also for the first time in a long time.
I remember that I was very impressed with a blue bottle of Kirinzan that I bought at a train station in Niigata on a business trip long time ago, before I had learned how to drink sake.
Yukinoshita is a junmai ginjo sake, but it is a dry and smooth sake, not the sweet and mellow type that I always prefer.
It is a great food sake with a taste that is right on target.
Dry sake is good sometimes 🎵.
