The third is Hiraizumi. At first I thought FOUR SEASONS. But I was told it was dry. I decided to go with sweet today. I changed to Tobirazumi, which is not seen very often. ❗️ 50% polished Akita Sake Komachi, 13% alcohol by volume. Association Yeast No. 77, Sake Degree -36 ‼️ This one is also sweet, but with more acidity than the previous Wakamusume. It has a strong acidity. It has a deep sake flavor, probably because it is made with Yamahai Junmai (pure rice sake).
