Tengumai山廃仕込み 純米
sasaki
This was the first time I drank Yamahai sake.
To put it simply, it seems to be a sake that is slowly brewed in a traditional, natural way.
It has a strong rice flavor and a large volume.
Sake! Sake! It has a big-boned feeling.
It seems to go well with meat, oily food, delicacies, and other rich foods with a strong umami flavor.
I also bought a bottle of Yamahai Daiginjo, so I am looking forward to comparing the two.
