It is sweeter and richer than Sesshu, and has a dessert feel.
We bought it at a brewer's stand at the Hokuriku exhibition in Ikebukuro Tobu department store.
↓What I heard from the brewer
It is a matured sake with the same yeast as Echizen Misaki Sesshu.
The name "George" comes from the Toji's name "Joji". The brewery does not like to make aged sake because of the high storage cost.
