It has become one of my favorite sake among all the sake I drank this year.
The sake rice is Yumesansui.
It has a very strong flavor and a nice fruity aroma. As its reputation suggests, it is thick rather than smooth. I tried it with smoked cheese and sweet soybeans because it was not too acidic and had a strong sweet taste. Delicious. I have a sweet tooth...
I became quite a fan.
