精米歩合85
A blend of Omachi and Yamadanishiki
Rich, acidic, slightly bitter, sharp
At first, without oli... I felt quite a lot of acidity.
After the second glass, I mixed in some ori... and got a good umami and a little roundness.
By the way, this sake goes well with Sauce Katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice)
