Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio :50 Rice used: 100% Sake Mirai Alcohol content: 16 degrees The ginjo aroma is like melon or lychee. The sweet and juicy flavor is a clear indication of Sake Mirai. The sweetness is clear without being sticky, and the acidity is mild and refreshing. This is one of my favorite sake made with Sake Mirai.
