It has a sparkling ginjo aroma and a fruitiness of pineapple and peaches.
The mouthfeel is sweet, yet fresh pineapple and syrup-like flavors.
This is followed by citrusy acidity of orange and grapefruit.
As it is swallowed, the acidity rises with a moderate sharpness, reducing the sweetness.
The finish is sweet, bittersweet, and nutty, followed by nuttiness!
Impressive pineapple notes, but not too sweet, and wonderfully balanced!
Personally, I'd say it's as good as the Huayangbao!
