Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu with a 50% rice polishing ratio
Tenmei Aki-agari was originally brewed entirely with Miyamanishiki, but was re-purposed as a blend of Miyamanishiki and Yume-no-Ko to further improve quality.
When poured into a glass, it has a refreshing aroma of mild citrus fruits. The first impression is an apple-like flavor with a strong sense of fine rice sweetness. The aftertaste has a bitter bitterness, which tightens the flavor. It is also delicious.
