Shichihon'yari純米 活性にごり酒
Ryohei
We received the second bottle of Nanabonjari Active Nigori.
The first bottle was still fermenting and was difficult to open, but a few months later, the fermentation had subsided and the bottle was easy to open.
The taste was a little less fizzy and less sweet nigori sake.
It seems that this sake has more potential when drunk immediately rather than waiting a long time.
That being said, it is a Shichibon-Yari as one would expect. It is not sweet, but has a wild taste that is different from the so-called "dry" taste, and the taste of nature is still there.
I still like Shichibon-yari. I was a little surprised when I chose the Amber Sake at a UTAGE event the other day, but I feel that Shichibonsyuari is different from ordinary aged sake in that the more it is aged, the deeper the flavor of Shichibonsyuari becomes, and I think Amber Sake is my favorite of the Shichibonsyuari.
I would like to have another Shichibonshari sake.
Thank you very much.
