I thought it would take a long time to open because of the "beware of explosion" sign, but it didn't make a sound at all, which was a letdown.
It is not shwashy, but it has a raw freshness, a strong refreshing acidity, the umami sweetness of rice, and the mashiness of doburoku rice is also strong, making it suitable for a strong-flavored tsumami.
It is low-alcohol, but the sense of drinking sake is strong.
