The fourth drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was the Snow Kayasha Bishu design by Saiya Sake Brewery.
This was also the first sake from the brewery that I had ever had, and it was a sake that had just been opened yesterday.
Well, I have been going to this restaurant since it first opened, but I had never seen such a lineup of Akita sake, so it was very fresh.
So let's have it right away.
It tastes very refreshing on the palate.
The sweetness is followed by bitterness and spiciness.
The mouthfeel is very smooth and very well balanced.
