I was looking forward to drinking the "Junmai Yamadanishiki 65", the first new sake from Nitoshi. The fresh and juicy sweetness and acidity spread quickly, and the spiciness and bitterness finish off with a crisp finish 😊I think we can expect a lot from this season's Ni-Toshi👍.
By the way, I went to the year-end festival at Maruishi Brewery in Okazaki today and wanted to get a bottle of the zodiac label Usu-nigori, but it was sold out after only two servings for me...💦I couldn't drink it because I drove there, but everyone drinking at the brewery looked happy and the atmosphere was great😆.
