＜Sweet and refreshing, but not too sweet.
The aroma is slightly muscat and peach with a hint of cherry blossom. It is not cherry blossoms, but more like sakura mochi (cherry blossom cake).
When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet, slightly tangy, and bitter. From there, the sweetness comes in a more bitter taste. Ahhhh, it is delicious!
The sweet and bitter alcohol flavor is pleasantly sweet and bitter. And even though it is full of sweetness, it disappears nicely and softly, leaving that pleasant feeling behind. It's refreshing and beautiful.
To use a Ghibli analogy, it's like the ending drops of "Ears to the Sky". It is full of sweetness, yet refreshing. It also has a creative bitterness, but even that is charming.
