When the bottle was opened, it was spunky and gassy.
A little gassy
Slight apple and alcohol flavor on top.
The aroma is like tropical pineapple (with a hint of vanilla), the rice flavor and gentle sweetness spreads with a soft acidity, and it finishes with a moderate bitterness.
It has a distinctive tropical aroma with a slight weight to it, and the sweetness is not overbearing for its sake content, making it a good match with meals or on its own.
Went well with pasta with seafood and hiratake mushrooms in tomato sauce.
