SAMURAIZ
This is nigori sake from Shirakiku and Shirafuji in Okunoto.
Shirafuji also produces a nigori sake in winter, which is described as "superb doburoku" (doburoku with a hint of spewing), but this nigori sake is more like ogara-mi.
In the mouth, you can feel the fine gas, refreshing acidity, nigori flavor, and sweetness wafting softly into the mouth.
There is neither alcohol nor bitterness, and it is easy to enjoy.
With dried squid and tasuke as a side dish, the purification process was completed with this delicious summer sake. May we continue to enjoy delicious sake in the second half of the year. With my best wishes for the second half of the year.
