I saw it for the first time and ordered it as an early Christmas gift, even though it was a bit expensive.
It was so close to sparkling wine that I thought it was Japanese sake. It was so close to sparkling wine that I thought it was sake. I was so thankful to be able to drink something so delicious following the Amaeru frog...
The sweetness, aroma and acidity are well balanced and not too assertive, so you can really drink as much as you want (if you don't mind paying for it...)
