Since its establishment in 1868, the Kankoume Brewery has been refining the art of sake brewing in this region. Using carefully selected rice and pure water, Kankoumei's sake is brewed by hand. Because most of the processes are still carried out by hand, only a limited amount of sake can be brewed each year. Because of this, we put our passionate dreams into every drop of sake we brew.
