Sourness and an aroma like spoiled rum for a moment.
The taste is full-bodied from the first sip. The rice flavor comes through.
The spiciness is a little spicy.
Slowly fades while gently tasting the sweetness and sourness.
It is delicious.
Not a bad combination with the oiliness of the pork rillette.
4/5 stars for my taste.
