This is the first rice in the southern part of Aomori that is suitable for brewing "GIN-KABOSHI". It was only officially introduced last year and this is the first time it has been brewed.
The upward aroma is completely melon! The aroma is sweet and refreshing with blue melon, but it's surprisingly pale on the palate. It's not sweet and it disappears smoothly, but the bitterness of the alcohol comes back later. It's a long finish.
