I bought this at Imanishi Sake Brewery 🍶.
The brewer told me that this "Next" is made irregularly and that it is brewed with the same rice and process as the "Dio Abita" from Mimurosugi, so it is almost the same as the "Dio Abita" according to the brewery 🍶.
Light sweetness, with a slight complexity that lingers on the tongue at the end 🤔.
It really is a great sake 😋.
