I bought this sake because the clerk at the sake shop recommended it as one of the representatives of the third generation who started making sake with a clean taste.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel some sourness and some sweetness of rice.
Then the aftertaste disappears slowly.
I didn't feel it was fruity, but it was a good match with braised flounder.
