This is my first time drinking local sake from Hokkaido.

First Shibori Nama Sake? It is a first time for me to drink a local sake from Hokkaido, but I was surprised to find that it did not taste like that....
It has a slightly sweet and floral taste, and although it is light, it leaves a lingering aftertaste of crispness after drinking.
It is a little heavy, so it may not be suitable as an in-between-dinner drink.
