Dai
I thought "Daisen" was named after the famous mountain Daisen in the Chugoku region, but the correct name is "Oyama" and it is a Yamagata sake 😀 The name comes from the "Daisen" district in the castle town of Tsuruoka City.
The aroma is almost imperceptible, and the mouthfeel is smooth and soft, with a clear acidity that cuts through, making it a slightly dry classic.
It has a well-balanced taste suitable for a mid-meal drink. ☺️
