It is a bottle of Yamada Nishiki, Shizuoka yeast new5, or something like that, made into a sake by the Noto toji. It is a stable, safe, and easy taste without any eccentricity or excesses. Whenever I see Shitaizumi at a liquor store, I can't help but buy it. Shizuoka sake is to be feared.

Once again, I drink it with grilled chicken. When you concentrate on drinking it, you can clearly taste the rice. It is 100% Yamada-Nishiki, and you can taste and feel it that way. It is a delicious sake.
