This sake has a lactic acid aroma with a hint of sweet fruity flavor. I like cloudy and viscous sake relatively well, but I was surprised by the moderate sweetness and sharpness when I was under the impression that it was a bit sweet! I'm glad I found this sake! This is delicious!
