かっしー
This time it is NIIDASHI ZENISHU NO GORI MERON. It is characterized by its natural rice-based production.
Let's start with the supernatant. The aroma has a faint white wine-like acidity. The taste is gentle and pleasant on the palate, with a subtle melon-like sweetness that makes it extremely easy to drink.
When mixed with the next sip, the acidity in the aroma fades away, but the taste becomes sweeter and more melon-like.
Overall, the taste is very impressive, more gentle and clean than melon-like. It is like Senkou Yukidaruma.
(Couldn't get a good picture of it...)
