When I heard there was a Matsumori event at a local sake bar in front of Mito Station, I had to go! Two types of Arabashiri and a heated Jungin! Arabashiri Honjozo Yellow with Arabasiri in red! I've had it before, but it's still a very punchy Arabashiri! Regardless of its balance, it is a powerful sake that reminds us of the arrival of winter! Arabasiri Jungin Arabasiri in red on a blue background Mild compared to the honjozo, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. Fresh and easy to drink, perfect for enjoying new sake. Heated Jungin Matsumori with pink label and blue letters Hitanishiki Jungin When heated, it smells like rice and is great with food! If you want to drink slowly, this is the one. The brewers are still working on koji after the event! We drink today while thanking the brewer and brewers for showing up at events while they are busy making sake!
