This time, we had three brands brewed with great care by Sasaki Shuzo. The brewery was founded in 1871 in Natori City, where Sendai Airport is located.
The brewery's head office and brewery were completely destroyed in the Great East Japan Earthquake, but with the unyielding spirit of Tohoku, they took on the challenge of brewing sake in a temporary brewery the following year, overcame many difficulties, and rebuilt the Yuriage area (where there is a very famous morning market😊) in October 2019. The aroma is pear and muscat. The sweetness in the mouth is just as I imagined. I heard later that it has -3 sake degree. I'm convinced❗️Because there is also a sharpness, I finish drinking it quickly. Uma (^^)
