Purchased because I was looking for a liquor that would have a sweet taste.
Taste: delicious taste of rice, a smooth acidity, and a hint of sweetness without being overpowering.
Color: almost transparent
Aroma: Mild sweet floral aroma
Return aroma: Mild rice aroma
The moderate acidity and sweetness went well with fruits as well as with sweet and spicy dishes. I would like to drink it again because of the pleasantly refreshing sweetness of the description.
