Hanamura Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Namaishu
＜Sweet, juicy, sexy, yet elegant.
Hanamura, until last year, all of their labels were pink, except for Aizan, a junmai daiginjo. The only difference was the color of the foil on the letters for junmai (red) and junmai ginjo (blue).
But it seems they renewed them this year and started using other colors.
The aroma is melon mellow sweet fruity. Ah, I knew it was Hanayu. It is definitely delicious already!
The mouthfeel is also sweet, from the melon sweetness to the sweetness of the melon. One step later, the bitter flavor. Oh, my goodness!
It is still wonderful. Elegant sweetness is what it means! It is full of sugar and colorful, yet elegant.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Gina from "Red Pig". Colourful yet elegant. But she also organizes the festivities beautifully, and is both dynamic and charismatic.
